Created in 2005, IEC China is located in Canton in dedicated premises of 430m².
China is becoming the world’s largest market for almost all cosmetics and beauty products. It is China’s most promising and successful market. 80% of the Chinese cosmetics market is dominated by foreign brands. Cosmetic products and clinical tests are subject to very specific regulations (category of cosmetics known as “special”).
IEC China offers a wide range of tests for cosmetic products intended for the Chinese and international markets: Safety tests (patch tests, use tests under dermatological or ophthalmological control), efficacy tests (whitening, anti-wrinkle, anti-aging, moisturizing effect, U.V. tests). (SPF, UVA-PF.), water resistance, scientific photography…) and consumer tests (conducted in Canton, Beijing and Shanghai).
